About this course
DICA combines everyday office software with the three design tools most used by local print shops, studios and advertising agencies. It suits students who want more than a basic computer course but are not ready to commit to a full year.
Syllabus
- MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, internet
- Adobe Photoshop - photo editing, retouching, layers and effects
- PageMaker - page layout, books, brochures and print output
- CorelDRAW - logos, banners, visiting cards and vector artwork
What you will be able to do
- Edit and retouch photographs to a professional standard
- Design visiting cards, pamphlets, banners and flex artwork
- Lay out multi-page documents ready for the printing press
- Handle both office documentation and design work in one role

Start here Beginner to Intermediate First module: MS Office. 4 hands-on lab modules in all.
After 6 Months Edit and retouch photographs to a professional standard Assessed on practical lab work, then certified.

Who can join: SSLC / PUC or above.
